Bolia has 20 years experience in civil engineering and building work and champions sustainable management practices.

He has held various position throughout his career where he used to work as a Site Superintendent and Operation Manager. He then started his own business in 2012 and later joined the Management team of Kurnia Technology Resources Sdn Bhd in 2015 as Director, Corporate Services, managing the Company’s administrative and corporate matters.

His persistence and drive for excellence has steered the company to better performance and sustainable in long run. Bolia communicates well and has learning agility to quickly adapt to the everchanging landscape of the Marine Construction Industry.

Bolia, currently is at forefront of the Company, leading it in good corporate governance practices and establishment of an effective Board as Managing Director of Kurnia Technology Resources Sdn Bhd.

Wan Mohd Napis graduated with a Diploma in Building and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). He has more than 18 years in experience in dredging, land reclamation, rock revetment, breakwaters, and marine related construction projects.

Throughout his career, he has served various companies as an Engineer at the early stage and worked his way up as a Project Manager at the leading Malaysia’s Marine Specialist company. He then left the company in 2015 to start his own business.

He is appointed as the Director of Kurnia Technology Resources Sdn Bhd since September 2015, overseeing Commercial and Technical Operations of the Company.

Nurziela Ezati holds a Bachelor’s in International Business from MSU in Kuching, Sarawak. She is currently being appointed as the Director of the Corporate Services handling corporate and administration activities of the Company.

She is the oldest daughter of late Allahyarham Jamali Bin Sebli, who was the Company Founder and Managing Director. By her virtue and capability, she was deemed to be the most eligible and qualified to inherit the stature and be successor of his late father’s legacy for years to come.

Mohd Asni graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Geology from University Malaysia Sabah (UMS).

He has more than 18 years of experience in dredging, land reclamation, breakwaters, rock revetment, coastal protection works, and marine related construction works.

At the early stage of his career, he used to work as a Site Engineer for building and bridge construction company and the worked his way up to Construction Manager with the Malaysia’s leading marine construction specialist company.

He later joined the company in 2015 as a General Manager, sharing his expertise and technical experience in marine construction. His leadership skills have also put the company in good standing in the marine construction industry in Malaysia.
